So many women are in a struggle to survive! They find themselves overwhelmed by life. They are faced with challenges like, single parenting, or unfinished education, or trying to pay bills with a job that barely gets them by.

When you are struggling to survive you’re not even thinking about your life in terms of goals and dreams, you are literally wondering, “how am I going to get through the day!” The Sacred Garden Foundation believes that every woman who has a desire to get out of “just surviving” and into a life that is “thriving” should have access to a program that will help them achieve this desired life. Our “Live a Loved Life Coaching” program was designed with these women in mind.

There are two initial phases to the Live a Loved Life Coaching. Phase 1 is all about stabilizing and getting out from the “struggle.” Phase 2 is identifying their goals and dreams and how to put them into action to achieve them. Next Steps is an advanced coaching program dedicated for the girls in the SGF to have access to coaching and our partners for as long as they desire. The completion of Phase 1 & 2 coaching is the prerequisite to the Next Steps program.

As a trained certified life coach, I journey with the SGF women. This program focuses on living from a place of identity, as the women they were created to be, not based on the world around them telling them who they are. Coaching is done on a one on one basis as well as in a group setting. Either online or in person.

This is such a fun add on for the young women! The foundation receives donations for the Finishing Touch program. The girls will have a credit with The Sacred Garden Foundation to use to shop for some clothes to outfit their outer beauty to match their new found inner beauty. Volunteers from our foundation meet up with the young women and they have a shopping day near the end of the Live a Loved Life Coaching program.

Here at the foundation we believe in celebrating wins! As each young woman finishes the Live a Loved Life Coaching intensive program we think it’s a big deal. We teach our girls that there are milestones in their lives that will give them perspective to see where they have been and where they are going. Graduation becomes a celebration of each of our young woman’s achievements, a place to showcase some of their hopes and dreams for the future.

Once our girls are a part of the Sacred Garden Foundation they are part of a community for life! They will each have the opportunity to grow into what they believe is next for them. For some it’s a continuation into more advanced coaching, others will be pursuing continued education, or even finishing up high school with a diploma, or entering college or trade school for that degree. The SGF is dedicated to walking with them as they travel their journey of life.

Sometimes in life we need a little help to keep going! The women in the SGF are learning life skills that are getting them from surviving to thriving. There are situations that come up, like needing food, or help with bills. Our foundation works with each young woman to access her specific need and connect her with a solution to get her through a tight spot. We know that empowering our women is the greatest thing we can do for them.
